Job summary

Resolute Road Hospitality is hiring a Cook at the Hilton Garden Inn Boise. You’ll prepare meals to our quality standards, read recipes, and work with teammates to deliver timely, guest-focused dining. You’ll maintain a clean kitchen and follow safety guidelines to support a positive guest experience.

You’ll rotate stock, follow food-safety practices, and strive for efficient service. A High School diploma or GED is preferred; a Food Handlers Card is required.

Your Role

What You’ll Do

• Prepare meals according to recipes and guest specifications
• Read menus to estimate food requirements and manage inventory
• Operate kitchen equipment including ovens, grills, mixers, slicers, and steam kettles
• Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies
• Cook menu items in coordination with kitchen staff
• Ensure food is prepared and served simultaneously, with high quality and timeliness
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations
• Properly date, store, and rotate food items
• Maintain temperature logs and comply with food safety standards
• Respond to guest requests and complaints professionally and promptly
• Adhere to all safety, sanitation, and brand standards
• Support team members and maintain a positive kitchen culture
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations

Education & Experience
