Job summary

Dixie Lee Newcastle is seeking a dedicated kitchen team member to prepare and cook meals in a fast-paced restaurant environment. You will inspect kitchens, train staff, supervise helpers, and ensure inventory accuracy while maintaining high sanitation standards.

The role requires WHMIS, Food Safety, First Aid, and CPR certifications. You must be able to work on-site, be physically capable of standing long hours, and maintain team-focused efficiency.

Qualifications
