Duties and Responsibilities:
Primary duties include, but are not limited to:
- Preparing all food items following standard recipes and procedures within specified time limits.
- Assisting cooks in preparing basic dessert items.
- Prepping assigned items according to Prep Lists and par levels set by management.
- Storing and handling raw or prepared foods and supplies properly.
- Measuring and assembling ingredients, and portioning meat, fish, and poultry.
- Cleaning and sanitizing equipment and work surfaces according to schedules.
- Maintaining a safe and sanitary workstation.
- Handling food in accordance with health guidelines.
- Following food handling techniques to avoid waste and expense.
- Maintaining personal hygiene and adhering to dress code.
- Following safety regulations and reporting unsafe conditions.
- Attending training sessions as assigned.
- Adhering to uniform, grooming, safety, and sanitation rules.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Ability to read and understand English.
- ServSafe certification is a plus.
- Basic math skills for measurements.
- Ability to follow instructions.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Auditory and visual skills.
- Knowledge of food & beverage standards.
- Organizational and multi-tasking skills.
- Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely.
Position Details:
This is an hourly position with variable hours, operating from 9 AM to 2 AM, 7 days a week.

Compensation: $22.00 per hour
