The Hilton Milwaukee in downtown Milwaukee is hiring a Cook II for Miller Time Pub. You will set up and maintain food production, ensuring quality control for all items served while supporting a fast-paced kitchen environment.

We seek 1-2 years of cooking experience and a flexible schedule, with opportunities to grow within Marcus Hotels & Resorts. Competitive hourly pay and full benefits are offered as part of a dynamic, hospitality-focused team.

What will you be doing:

• Prepare station-specific food items according to recipes, ensuring consistency and quality.

What we are looking for:

• Previous cooking experience required, 1-2 years in a similar position preferred, Culinary or Apprenticeship program preferred.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Must be able to work a varied schedule to include days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and the ability to work under pressure.
• Sufficient manual dexterity of hand in order to use all kitchen equipment, i.e., knives, spoons, spatulas, tongs, slicers, etc.
• Ability to lift, push, or pull weights up to 100 pounds.
• Ability to stand for long periods, work in a confined space with high levels of noise and frequent interruptions and perform duties within extreme temperature ranges.

Ability to obtain any local, state or federal license or certification for sanitation, liquor service, or food service certification.
