Job summary

The Hilton Milwaukee, located in downtown Milwaukee, is seeking a Cook I for Miller Time Pub. You will set up and maintain food production, ensuring quality control for all items served in the restaurant.

Responsibilities include station prep, storage monitoring, sanitation, equipment upkeep, and adherence to Health Department standards. The role requires 1–2 years of cooking experience and a flexible schedule, with opportunities for growth within Marcus Hotels & Resorts.

Qualifications

• Previous cooking experience required, 1-2 years in a similar position preferred, Culinary or Apprenticeship program preferred.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Must be able to work a varied schedule to include days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and the ability to work under pressure.
• Sufficient manual dexterity to use kitchen equipment and lift up to 100 pounds.

What we are looking for:

• Ability to stand for long periods, work in a confined space with high levels of noise and frequent interruptions and perform duties within extreme temperature ranges.
• Ability to obtain any local, state or federal license or certification for sanitation, liquor service, or food service certification.
