Taher, Inc. is hiring a grill cook/cashier in Merced, CA. The role covers cooking and cashier duties Monday through Thursday, 10am–6:30pm, with emphasis on guest service and food safety.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Execute recipes accurately and according to production sheets.
• Set up and tear down workstation.
• Maintain clean and sanitized work areas and equipment.
• Provide high quality guest service at all times.
• Operate a meat slicer safely and follow knife handling procedures.
• Handle cash transactions with accuracy and integrity.

We are adding a grill cook/cashier to our team! Monday through Thursday. 10am-6:30pm.

Essential Functions:

• * MUST HAVE COOKING EXPERIENCE.
• * DEPENDABLE & PUNCTUAL is a MUST!
• * Be self-motivated. Does not need to be micro-managed.
• * Team Player
• * Follows all cleanliness, organization, sanitation and food safety.
• * Must be able to follow directions and recipes.
• * Provide the highest quality of guest service at all times
• * Must have cashier and money handling experience

• * Follows and completes production sheets
• * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• * Ability to meet deadlines in completion of daily workload
• * Set up and tear down of workstation

• * Cleans and sanitizes work areas, equipment, and utensils
