Country Meadows in Mechanicsburg, PA is seeking a Cook to prepare and serve meals for residents. Pay starts at $19.50/hour with potential for higher pay based on experience, and shifts from 6:00am-2:00pm or 11:00am-7:00pm with every OTHER weekend.

Qualifications

• At least one year of cooking or culinary experience.
• Willingness to learn food preparation techniques and presentation.
• Must understand and speak English to perform the job safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, cooks and packages recipes using broilers, ovens and other kitchen equipment.
• Ensures all prep work is completed.
• Complies with standard recipes, quality standards and kitchen rules.
• Ensures quality of food at all times.
• Keeps area clean and maintains sanitation.
• Cleans equipment according to procedures and schedules.
• Documents and completes food and temperature records.
• Uses Point of Service tech to obtain meal orders when needed.
