Long John Silver’s® in partnership with Performance Foods Corp. is seeking reliable Cooks to prepare high-quality menu items in a fast-paced kitchen. This role is ideal for students, part-time team members, or anyone who enjoys hands-on work and teamwork.

You will follow company procedures for cooking times, food safety, and proper storage while maintaining cleanliness and a positive, respectful culture. Prior kitchen experience is not required, but willingness to learn and punctuality are

Responsabilidades

• Prepare menu items according to company procedures and cooking times.
• Ensure every order is prepared accurately, with high quality and speed.
• Follow proper food handling, storage, and preparation procedures with strong attention to food safety.
• Maintain proper oil/shortening levels and keep cooking equipment clean.
• Unload and stock inventory deliveries, using day dots to ensure proper rotation.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including cleaning drains, filters, and equipment per procedures.
• Treat guests and team members with respect at all times.
• Follow all company uniform and safety standards.
• Maintain a positive work environment with a culture of teamwork and respect.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.
