Painted Grove Recovery is seeking a Cook to prepare meals for patients in a clean, safe kitchen aligned with FDA Food Code standards. The role supports recovery through nourishing, reliable service and teamwork.

You will follow established menus, ensure meals meet dietary requirements, and help maintain inventory and sanitation across shifts. This full-time/part-time position offers varied shifts and a mission-driven work environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years prior experience as a Cook.
• Food Protection Manager Certification (or willing to obtain within 90 days).
• Ability to follow recipes and prepare a variety of dishes.
• Interest or passion for substance use recovery is a plus.
• Must be committed to drug-free lifestyle and responsible alcohol use.

This position plays a critical role in supporting the recovery environment through nourishing food and reliable service.
