Job summary

Provincial Senior Living is looking for a Cook to join our team in Lincoln, Nebraska. The role involves preparing hot and cold menu items across grill, sauté, salad-bar and service lines, ensuring proper portioning and adherence to standardized recipes, and tasting dishes for quality and palatability.

Ideal candidates will have prior experience in senior living, restaurants, catering, or banquets, with strong organization and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Senior Living, restaurants, catering, or banquets preferred.
• Experience with production methods, portion control and food handling safety required.
• Great organizational skills a must.
• Strong communication skills.
• Attention to detail and presentation of food product is required.
• Must be able to work weekends.

Responsibilities
