Job summary

Provincial Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Cook to join our team in a senior living community. You will prepare hot and cold menu items, manage portions, and help ensure menu cycle accuracy and quality. Weekend availability and strong organization are required.

• Prepare hot and cold menu items which requires working on the grill, sauté station, salad-bar and on the service line.
• Ensure the proper preparation, portioning and serving of foods as indicated on the menu cycle and the standardized recipes.
