Job summary

Provincial Senior Living is seeking a Cook to join our team in Groton, CT. Prepare hot and cold menu items on grill, sauté station, salad-bar and service line, ensuring proper preparation and portioning according to recipes and menu cycles.

Experience in senior living, restaurants, catering or banquets is preferred; strong organization, communication and attention to detail are required, and weekend work is needed. We offer competitive wages, benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Senior Living, restaurants, catering, or banquets preferred.
• Experience with production methods, portion control and food handling safety required.
• Great organizational skills a must.
• Strong communication skills.
• Attention to detail and presentation of food product is required.
• Must be able to work weekends.
