RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure every meal leaving our kitchen meets quality standards
• Grill, fry, and prepare all food items, including proteins, vegetables, and soups, as ordered
• Follow recipes carefully and assemble and plate food appealingly, according to guidelines
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff, working in an organized and efficient manner
• Present yourself professionally, including adhering to uniform guidelines
• Maintain cleanliness of food prep areas and follow sanitation standards
