Job summary

Care Initiatives is seeking a compassionate Cook to join our team in Iowa. You will contribute to menu planning, prepare meals that meet nutrition guidelines, and ensure a dignified dining experience for residents.

You will work to deliver nutritious, well-balanced meals while maintaining food safety standards and building positive relationships with residents and their families. Competitive pay and benefits accompany our supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in quantity food preparation and service.
• Willingness to complete training in Food Safety, Sanitation and Modified Diets.
• Experience in a healthcare dietary setting is a plus.

• Prepare and serve meals that create an enjoyable, dignified dining experience and support residents’ comfort, satisfaction, and quality of life.
