Job summary

Provincial Senior Living in Missouri is seeking a Cook to join our team, responsible for preparing hot and cold menu items across the grill, sauté station, salad-bar and service line in a senior living environment.

You will ensure proper preparation, portioning and serving of foods per recipes, maintain quality and safety, and presentation of dishes. Weekend availability is required to support dining operations and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Senior Living, restaurants, catering, or banquets preferred.
• Experience with production methods, portion control and food handling safety required.
• Great organizational skills a must.
• Strong communication skills.
• Attention to detail and presentation of food product is required.
• Must be able to work weekends.
