Position Overview

The Cook is responsible for preparing a variety of food items accurately and efficiently, following food safety standards, and maintaining a clean and organized work station. This role requires multitasking, quick problem-solving, and effective communication with team members to ensure timely service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food items according to recipes and quality standards.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively.
• Follow proper food handling, storage, and rotation procedures.
• Assist in stock management and inventory control.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen area.
• Adhere to all safety and health regulations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of relevant cooking experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
