Job summary

Copper Springs East Behavioral Health in Gilbert, AZ is hiring a Food and Nutritional Services Worker. The role supports patient meals, tray delivery, and catering, with a focus on sanitation and safe food handling.

The position offers full-time hours Tue-Fri, 10:30 a.m.–7:00 p.m., plus a Saturday shift option with premium pay for Saturday hours. A comprehensive benefits package and a recruitment bonus are included.

Responsibilities

• Performs a variety of preparation, distribution, and sanitation functions in support of assigned areas.
• Assists with preparing food and beverages for distribution to patients, guests, service/dining areas, and catering services.
• Stores food, beverages, and supplies in designated containers and areas according to policies and procedures.
• Assists with customer-facing duties as assigned, including tray delivery and catering special events.
• Assists with sanitation duties, including dishwashing and maintaining work and food service areas in a clean, safe, and orderly condition.

This Position is Eligible for a $500.00 Recruitment Bonus *

• Recruitment Bonus eligibility requires the employee to remain in good standing, with no corrective or attendance-related issues, for the first 90 days of employment. Fifty percent (50%) of the bonus will be paid after 90 days, with the remaining fifty percent (50%) paid after one (1) year of continuous employment.

How You'll Contribute
