Ford's Garage in Gainesville, FL is hiring Line Cooks (Heart of House Heroes) to prepare and plate dishes with consistency, speed, and recipe adherence. If you love high-volume kitchens and delivering great guest experiences, you could be a great fit.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications (with or without accommodation)

• Kitchen experience required, preferably in a high-volume atmosphere
• Must possess or be able to obtain a valid food/alcohol certification, as required by state law
• Able to stand for 10 hours and lift at least 50 pounds
• Good hearing for safety and accurate communication
• Must be able to read, write and speak in English
• Must have reliable transportation

Our Line Cooks are Responsible for:

• Ensuring our guests have an unbeatable experience with the highest quality preparation and presentation of our food products with the utmost recipe adherence
• Preparing guest orders accurately in a timely manner
• Supporting the success of the Heart of house through proper food preparation and stock levels
• Maintaining highest standards of cleanliness throughout all food preparation areas
• Being aware of and abiding by all food safety practices.
