Job summary

Torsap Thai Kitchen is seeking a motivated part-time cook to join our kitchen crew in Fargo, ND. This role blends prep work with line cooking and requires the ability to move quickly, follow recipes accurately, and maintain plating standards.

We’re looking for a great part-time cook to join our kitchen crew!
This role is a mix of prep + line, so flexibility is a huge plus. Some shifts might mean getting ahead on prep, others mean jumping on the line and helping us crush a busy service.

WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO:

• Has a sense of urgency and knows how to HUSTLE when it’s busy
• Has strong attention to detail — consistency is KEY
• Can follow recipes, portions + plating standards
• Works clean, organized and efficiently
• Is dependable and works well with a team
• Can be on their feet and moving throughout the shift
• Can safely lift up to 50 lbs
• Is flexible between prep hours + line shifts

Restaurant kitchens move fast. We need someone who can keep up while still making sure every plate going out is something we’re proud of.
