What You’ll Do

• Prep ingredients and cook menu items to order.
• Keep your station stocked, clean, and organized.
• Follow recipes and plating standards so dishes look and taste great every time.
• Work with teammates to keep tickets moving quickly and smoothly.
• Help with setup before service and cleanup after shifts.
• Jump in wherever the kitchen needs an extra hand.

Physical Stuff

• You’ll be on your feet in a kitchen most of the shift.
