We are looking for Line Cooks who want to make great money and have fun while cooking for our guests.

The Line Cooks will assist the Chef/Kitchen Manager in preparing food for all food outlets on the property. They will perform tasks related to food preparation and kitchen sanitation/cleanliness as directed by the Chef/Kitchen Manager. Adherence to all procedural guidelines established by the Food Service and Safety Department is required.

Qualifications, Knowledge, and Skill Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of cooking experience
  • High School (or equivalent) Diploma minimum
  • Experience in managing and maintaining a safe working environment
  • Knowledge of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures
  • Dependable
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player
  • Ability to take direction

Position Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the quality of products served
  • Assist with food set-up and preparation for all outlets
  • Follow standard recipes carefully
  • Conduct monthly food and supplies inventory
  • Properly use and maintain equipment
  • Perform sanitation and clean-up activities
  • Sort, rinse, and store dishes and utensils
  • Distribute food and supplies
  • Maintain compliance with Health regulations
  • Perform other duties as assigned
