About the Role:

• Prepare and cook a variety of meals, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner, for our patients, residents, and staff
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards
• Collaborate with the dietary team to plan and execute menus, ensuring that all meals are nutritious and appealing
• Utilize your creativity and culinary skills to develop new recipes and presentation styles
• Support the culinary team's efforts to provide exceptional customer service and patient satisfaction

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook meals according to standardized recipes and menu plans
• Maintain accurate inventory of food, supplies, and equipment, and report any issues to the Dietary Manager
• Clean and sanitize equipment, utensils, and workstations on a regular basis
• Participate in food storage, receiving, and rotation procedures
• Assist with food preparation and presentation for special events and occasions
