Job summary

Hospitality Management Corporation is hiring a Cook for the TraveLodge and Penny's Diner in Dunsmuir, CA. This is for full-time and part-time openings.

The role involves banquet prep, restaurant orders, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and breakfast production under the direction of the Executive Chef and GM. Must have food handler permit and high school diploma.

Compensation is $16.90 per hour with benefits including 401K, promotional opportunities, and a supportive team.

Responsibilities

• Prepares all banquet items as specified by function sheets.
• Responsible for preparation of all food orders from restaurant.

• Supervises dishwasher to ensure adequate utensils are available for guest needs.
• Maintains cleanliness of kitchen at all times.
• Production of breakfast.
• Performs other duties as requested by Executive Chef and General Manager.

Minimum Education Requirements:

Minimum Experience/Skill Requirements:

• Must be able to work PM shift.

• Basic food preparation.

• One (1) year food preparation experience highly desirable.

• Must be extremely dependable regarding attendance and punctuality.
