Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a full-time Cook in the United States. You will prepare meals according to recipes and menus, maintain a safe and clean kitchen, and ensure food safety and regulatory compliance.

You will also lead food production when the Dining Services Coordinator is unavailable, follow dietary modifications, and record production quantities and temperatures. Sunrise offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

• Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet Sunrise standards
• Follow dietary modifications and special meal requirements
• Record production quantities and food safety temperatures
• Stock, rotate, date, and store food per safety regulations
• Maintain clean kitchen, storage, and equipment areas
• Complete cleaning logs and equipment maintenance reports
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and OSHA guidelines
• Support dishwashing and dining service as needed
• Lead food production in the absence of the Dining Services Coordinator
