First Watch in Dublin, OH is hiring cooks for our Back-of-the-House team. We maintain a no night shifts policy, a chef-curated menu, and a YOU FIRST culture that puts people first in every shift.

Newly hired cooks will train in a station that fits their comfort level and innate skill. You won’t need to master egg flipping to work here, but you will learn our award-winning recipes and use only the freshest ingredients.

Newly hired cooks will train in a specific station based on their comfort level & innate skill. In other words, you don’t need to master the art of flipping an egg to work at First Watch (unless you want to!)
