Job summary

First Watch in Charlotte, NC is seeking Cooks for our back-of-the-house team. We offer no night shifts and a fully chef-curated menu, emphasizing an YOU FIRST culture that puts employees first and strives to make them happy.

New hires will train in a specific station based on comfort level and innate skill, while you communicate well, maintain cleanliness, and deliver high-quality food for breakfast, brunch, or lunch service.

About The Position

Our Back-of-the-House team members have a mutual respect for quality food, and they perform their responsibilities as if placing a personal signature on every plate. Newly hired cooks will train in a specific station based on their comfort level & innate skill. In other words, you don’t need to master the art of flipping an egg to work at First Watch (unless you want to!)
