First Watch in Alexandria, VA is hiring kitchen crew with a no-night-shifts policy and a YOU FIRST culture that puts people first. Our cooks are empowered to make decisions to deliver excellent breakfast, brunch, or lunch experiences.

New hires train in a station that matches their comfort and skill, guided by a chef team. You’ll work with others to produce high-quality, safe food quickly, keep the station spotless, and follow our chef’s celebrated recipes.

About The Position

Our Back-of-the-House team members have a mutual respect for quality food, and they perform their responsibilities as if placing a personal signature on every plate. Newly hired cooks will train in a specific station based on their comfort level & innate skill. In other words, you don’t need to master the art of flipping an egg to work at First Watch (unless you want to!)
