Job summary

First Watch in Annapolis, MD, is hiring line cooks to join our team. We offer a people-first culture, no night shifts, and a chef-curated menu focused on quality breakfast, brunch, or lunch.

You will work in a fast-paced kitchen, communicate well, follow recipes, maintain a clean station, and contribute to delivering high-quality meals with fresh ingredients. Training will occur at a station matching your comfort and skill.

Newly hired cooks will train in a specific station based on their comfort level & innate skill. In other words, you don’t need to master the art of flipping an egg to work at First Watch (unless you want to!)
