The Arbors and The Ivy Assisted Living Communities in Massachusetts are seeking a dedicated cook to prepare meals according to recipes, maintain high presentation standards, and connect with residents for feedback. You will ensure safety, cleanliness, and adherence to health guidelines while supporting the kitchen team.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and prepare recipes independently.
• Working knowledge of cooking fundamentals.
• Serve-Safe certification (or ability to obtain).
• Allergy awareness and anti-choking training.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals according to recipes, dietary needs, and safety guidelines.
• Present food with care, pride, and attention to detail.
• Step out to connect with residents and gather feedback.

We're looking for someone who cares about presentation, follows recipes and guidelines, and takes ownership of every plate that leaves the kitchen. Someone who understands that meals are one of the most important parts of a resident’s day.
