Job Overview

Assists in providing high quality and nutritious foods to residents and families through a variety of tasks necessary to the daily operation of the facility. Tasks include food service, food preparation, monitoring inventory, dishwashing, general cleaning, and stocking of food service areas. Performs setup and service in the dining area, interacting directly with residents and guests.

• Prepare and serve meals to residents and guests.
• Monitor food inventory and promptly report shortages.
• Perform dishwashing and maintain dish areas in a clean, sanitary condition.
• Assist with general housekeeping and cleaning of service areas.
• Set up dining service area and ensure all equipment is functioning properly.
