Aventura Sailing Association Inc is seeking a Line Cook for Dana Point Harbor. Join our clubhouse and restaurant team, working Thursday, Friday, Saturday 2:30PM - 9PM and Sunday 11AM-5PM, with extra shifts for private events.

We value enthusiasm for culinary excellence, teamwork, and delivering high-quality dishes in a fast-paced, clean environment. Must have legal work status and CA food handler basics.

Line Cook Position in Dana Point Harbor

Super friendly, members only sailing club looking for a team player for our clubhouse and restaurant.

Thursday, Friday and Saturdays 2:30PM - 9PM. Sunday 11AM-5:00PM. Extra shifts available for private events.

Enthusiastic cook with a passion for culinary excellence and proven track record of delivering high-quality dishes. Highly skilled in food preparation, cooking techniques, and plating presentation. Adept in working efficiently in a fast‑paced kitchen environment while maintaining a strong commitment to cleanliness and food safety. Collaborative team player with the ability to follow recipes and adapt to changing menus. Eager to contribute to a dynamic culinary team and provide an exceptional dining experience for our members.

You will ensure all workstations are supplied with necessary ingredients and supplies. You will coordinate and ensure that other line cooks create meals that are delivered consistently and on time. You have experience keeping inventory and making food orders from suppliers.
