Reflections Retirement Community in Crystal Lake, IL is seeking a full-time dietary services team member to prepare menus that meet diverse dietary needs and restrictions. You will maintain safe, sanitary kitchen and dining areas while engaging residents with warmth and dignity.

You'll participate in ongoing training, staff meetings, and other educational opportunities to grow professionally; comprehensive benefits, 401(k) and PTO are offered.

Competenze

• ServSafe Manager certification required.
• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity.

Job Details: Job Location: Grand Victorian of Crystal Lake - CRYSTAL LAKE, IL 60012, Position Type: Full Time, Salary Range: $17.00 - $19.00 Hourly, Responsibilities:

• Prepares a diverse menu that incorporates a variety of dietary preferences and accommodates for various restrictions
• Demonstrates dedication to high-quality dietary services while ensuring compliance to safety and sanitation protocols
• Maintains food service areas including the kitchen and dining areas
• Engages with residents in a compassionate and impactful manner, cultivating a warm and supportive environment where the values of love, compassion, and dignity are reflected in every interaction
• Participates in continuous learning and development opportunities through attendance and participation in educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences

Qualifications:

• Must hold current ServSafe Manager certification
• High School graduate or GED equivalent required
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Must demonstrate the ability to serve withlove,compassion, anddignity
