St. James' Manor in Crete, IL is seeking a dedicated Cook to prepare and serve daily meals for residents in a safe, sanitary, and efficient manner.

You will collaborate with the dietary team, maintain the kitchen, ensure sanitation, and help deliver meal trays to patient areas; a healthcare food-service background is preferred.

• Work in the dish room while upholding high sanitation standards.
• Communicate effectively with residents, staff, and team members to ensure meal satisfaction.

We are seeking a dedicated Cook to prepare and serve meals according to the planned menu in a safe, sanitary, and efficient manner. The Cook will ensure compliance with facility, OBRA, federal, state, and other regulatory standards while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Cook Requirements:

• Ability to collaborate with the dietary team and maintain a positive working environment
• Availability to work scheduled hours, including weekends and holidays
• Recent experience as a Cook in a healthcare environment (preferred)
