Role Summary

Role Summary: As a Cook, your main responsibilities include preparing our fresh daily hand-cut chicken, breading it in our uniquely seasoned breading and frying it to perfection in our fryers, manning the griddle to toast Texas toast, and grilling cheese and bacon for our famous club sandwiches. This role supports our culture of a fun, non-corporate environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Communicate with front cashier and drive thru on the number of customers present.
• Communicate with other cooks on food status and speed.
• Assist with prep.
• Ensure the kitchen remains immaculate, cleaning as often as possible.
• Keep up to pace with orders from both the front and drive thru.

Required Qualifications

• Have the ability to communicate effectively.
• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule.
• Have the ability to lift and carry 55 lbs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Have experience in a fast-food concept.
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent.

Compensation: $12.00 per hour
