First Watch in Columbia, SC is looking for enthusiastic Cooks to join our Back-of-the-House team. We offer a people-first culture, no night shifts, and chef-curated menu options that celebrate fresh ingredients.

As a Cook, you will collaborate with a friendly team to prepare breakfast, brunch, and lunch dishes, follow recipes, maintain clean stations, and ensure food safety in a fast-paced environment. We provide comprehensive benefits, tuition assistance, and meal discounts.

About The Position

Our Back-of-the-House team members have a mutual respect for quality food, and they perform their responsibilities as if placing a personal signature on every plate. Newly hired cooks will train in a specific station based on their comfort level & innate skill. In other words, you don’t need to master the art of flipping an egg to work at First Watch (unless you want to!)
