First Watch is hiring for Back-of-the-House cooks who thrive in a fast-paced environment and value teamwork. We offer a fully chef-curated menu and a culture that puts people first, with no night shifts ever.

Newly hired cooks will train in a station that matches their comfort level and skills. You’ll work with a friendly team, follow award-winning recipes, and help deliver exceptional breakfast, brunch, or lunch experiences.

Newly hired cooks will train in a specific station based on their comfort level & innate skill. In other words, you don’t need to master the art of flipping an egg to work at First Watch (unless you want to!)
