First Watch in Milwaukee is hiring Cooks for our Back-of-the-House team. We offer no night shifts and a chef-curated menu, with a YOU FIRST culture that puts people first and aims to make each shift enjoyable and rewarding.

You’ll train in a station that fits your comfort level and innate skill, working with a team to deliver high-quality, safe food in a fast-paced kitchen. Join us to grow, learn, and contribute to a welcoming dining experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in a kitchen or food service preferred.
• Ability to follow recipes and maintain clean, organized station.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to Chef-driven menus.

About The Position

Our Back-of-the-House team members have a mutual respect for quality food, and they perform their responsibilities as if placing a personal signature on every plate. Newly hired cooks will train in a specific station based on their comfort level & innate skill. In other words, you don’t need to master the art of flipping an egg to work at First Watch (unless you want to!)
