Come join our Summer/Fall 2025 Culinary team!

Full Season Dates: May 18- Oct 21, 2025

Staff member benefits include free on-site community-style housing (motel room with 2 staff members per room), an hourly wagepaid out bi-weekly, one free meal daily,and free and discounted activities.

Our restaurant:

Our restaurant serves grab-n-go breakfast burritos and homemade pastries in the mornings, before transitioning to full menu offerings for lunch and dinner. We're a small crew and everyone should expect to jump in wherever needed doing prep, grill, fry, pizza, salads, dessert, dishes, and expo. Our unique hybrid counter/table service style can keep the kitchen hopping! On the job training will be provided- we do not expect you to be a world-class chef. We prioritize building a team of individuals who have basic cooking knowledge and knowledge, are team-players, have an excellent work ethic, and are hungry to grow.

Who is the ideal candidate?

  • Possesses a minimum of 1year of experience working in a professional kitchen

  • Proficient in knowledge of basic kitchen skills, standards, food safety, and etiquette.

What does this job entail?

  • Train and work on all food stations including pizza, salads, grill, fryer, dessert, expo, and dishes grill to preparea la carte orders while in a fast-paced, sometimes high-volume environment.

  • Cook the daily staff meal

  • Maintain sanitation, cleanliness, and safety of assigned workstation

  • Assist with opening and closing tasks

  • Be willing to jump in wherever asked or needed

  • Assist with any general cleaning or other duties as assigned

  • Assist other departments as needed with special projects, requests, or events

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 1year of experience working in a professional kitchen

  • Food Handlers Certification (must acquire prior to employment)

  • High School Graduate/GED equivalency

  • Valid driver’s license

  • Able to work in a standing position for up to 8-12 hours per day

  • Able to safely lift 60lbs (50lbs overhead)

Preferred Skills:

  • 2+ years experience working in a professional kitchen

  • Food Protection Manager certification

  • Proficiency working the grill station
