Cheyenne Mountain Resort, opened in 1985, sits on 25 acres of land in Southern Colorado Springs. The 4-Star Full Service property offers mountain views and activities like golf, swimming, and tennis, providing a unique resort experience.

Hourly Rate: $18.00

Position Overview: An intermediate line cook requires good communication and culinary skills. Candidates should have hotel cooking experience and a culinary degree. An intermediate cook works at single stations in the kitchen and requires supervision and training.

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes with precision and attention to detail
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations
• Ensure food quality and presentation meet high standards
• Follow recipes and techniques to deliver exceptional meals
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrate passion for culinary arts and a willingness to learn

Qualifications:

• Refined verbal communication skills
• 2 years of line experience preferred
• Culinary degree or related hotel experience preferred
• Basic cooking skills required
• Ability to work at a single station
• Desire to satisfy others in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to stand long periods
