Job summary

Complete Care at Harrington Court in Colchester, CT is seeking a part-time Cook for the 1st shift with every other weekend requirements. The role supports compassionate, quality care in a long-term care setting.

You will prepare meals per menus, uphold food safety standards, and work with an established team dedicated to resident well-being and excellent service.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service, communication skills, and the ability to multitask.
• Ability to operate institutional kitchen equipment.
• ServSafe certification and related food safety knowledge.
• Minimum one year experience in a long term care or skilled nursing facility.

• Complete the preparation of all food items in a timely manner and assure that all foods meet the required serving temperatures
• Comply with health, sanitation, safety, and food handling standards.
• Adhere to quality and cost containment standards.
