Western Home Communities in Iowa is seeking a Cook who enjoys creating quality meals and serving others with care. This role offers growth opportunities and a meaningful daily impact as you prepare meals and support residents.

You will plan, prepare, cook, and serve meals, guide teammates during service, maintain a clean, safe kitchen, and build positive connections with residents through friendly interactions.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Cooking experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong customer service mindset.
