Job summary

Oakmont Management Group, based in Irvine, California, seeks Cooks for a Full Scratch Kitchen at SANTIANNA in Carlsbad to deliver exceptional, resident-focused dining experiences.

You will work with a team on a premier senior living campus, following seasonal menus and quality standards. This role emphasizes in-person resident interactions, flexibility, and a passion for hospitality.

Qualifications

• Line cook experience in a Full Scratch Kitchen or Restaurant.
• 2 to 5 years experience on a fast-paced line, or working a prep cook line station.
• Ability to execute flawless dishes in a timely manner.
• Ability to communicate with a friendly demeanor to all staff.
• Passionate about service to others and creating exceptional food experiences.
• Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including physical and TB Tests.
• Vaccination, daily screening, surveillance testing, and PPE may be required per guidelines.
