Ellicott Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing in Buffalo, NY is hiring part-time Cooks to prepare, cook, and serve a variety of foods in a skilled nursing setting. Responsibilities include tray line work during meals, baking rolls and desserts, general kitchen cleanup, and strict hand washing and sanitation practices to ensure resident safety.

Certification in healthcare cooking (ServSafe or Sodexo) and strong teamwork are required, along with a High School Diploma or equivalent and the ability

• Will manage Kitchen in absence of food service director.
