As a Cook you will be responsible for reviewing menus and production sheets to plan and prepare a cooking schedule that ensures meals will be ready as specified times by following standardized recipes to ensure a consistent product.

Monday-Friday 10:30am-7:00pm. Every other weekend and rotating holidays.
Three years of culinary arts experience in a food service setting required.
High School Diploma or GED required; Associates Degree in Culinary Arts preferred.
Serv Safe Certification or equivalent preferred.
