Overview

Presbyterian Homes & Services (PHS) is seeking an On-Call Cook to join our Nutrition & Culinary Services Team. This role involves creating high quality meals, serving residents, maintaining kitchen hygiene, and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. The position is located in Brooklyn Center, MN.

Location: 5401 69th Avenue North, Brooklyn Center, MN 55429

Responsibilities

The Cook is responsible for creating high quality meals and dining experience for customers by preparing and serving attractive, nutritious and palatable meals consistent with regulations and established policies, procedures and best practices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Knowledge of state and federal food-handling regulations.
• Show alignment with PHS’s mission and operating philosophies.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English.

Pay Range

The estimated starting pay range for this role is $21.00 - $22.64 per hour, subject to qualifications and market conditions.
