Job summary

Busy Boys in Minnesota is hiring Grill Cooks and Prep Cooks to join a growing restaurant brand. You will cook menu items to standard, prep ingredients, and help maintain a clean, organized kitchen in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Able to stand for extended periods.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Prior grill/restaurant experience preferred but not required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Cook burgers, cheesesteaks, chicken, wings, rice bowls, and other menu items to company standards.
• Prepare ingredients including vegetables, sauces, proteins, and other daily prep items.
• Follow recipes and portion standards to ensure consistency.
• Maintain food quality, speed, and accuracy during busy meal periods.
• Stock and organize workstations throughout each shift.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and temperature guidelines.
• Clean grills, prep areas, equipment, and kitchen throughout the day.
• Work with teammates to keep orders moving quickly and accurately.
• Assist with receiving deliveries and rotating inventory using FIFO.
