Busy Boys in Brooklyn Center, MN is seeking Grill Cooks and Prep Cooks who take pride in preparing great food in a fast-paced, team-based kitchen. If you’re reliable, motivated, and eager to grow with a growing restaurant brand, we’d love to meet you.

You’ll cook burgers, cheesesteaks, chicken and more to our standards, prep ingredients, follow recipes, keep stations clean, stock and rotate inventory, and help with deliveries. Training provided; competitive hourly pay based on experience.

Qualifications

• Previous grill or restaurant experience is preferred but not required—we’ll train the right person.

Responsibilities

• Cook burgers, cheesesteaks, chicken, wings, rice bowls, and other menu items to company standards.
• Prepare ingredients including vegetables, sauces, proteins, and other daily prep items.
• Follow recipes and portion standards to ensure consistency.
• Maintain food quality, speed, and accuracy during busy meal periods.
• Stock and organize workstations throughout each shift.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and temperature guidelines.
• Clean grills, prep areas, equipment, and kitchen throughout the day.
• Work with teammates to keep orders moving quickly and accurately.
• Assist with receiving deliveries and rotating inventory using FIFO.
