The Avenue at Broadview Heights is seeking a Cook to prepare and serve meals in a post-hospital rehabilitation and skilled nursing facility. You will operate kitchen equipment, follow dietary guidelines, and help ensure high food quality and safety standards.

Formación

• Must read and write in English.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Strong attention to cleanliness, safety and detail.
• Team-oriented with good communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Open or close the kitchen and operate equipment safely
• Prepare and serve meals according to dietary guidelines
• Monitor and record food temperatures to ensure safety
• Supervise dietary aides and maintain food quality standards
• Set up hydration and hospitality carts
• Clean steam tables, prep areas, and kitchen equipment
• Wash pots and pans, sweep, and follow daily cleaning schedules
• Complete pre-prep tasks for upcoming meals
