Caring Places Management is hiring a Cook at Awbrey Place in Bend, Oregon. This full-time role focuses on preparing nutritious meals for a senior population in a caring, home-like community.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid food handlers card, and the ability to pass a background check. Prior kitchen experience is preferred, and the wage starts at $21 per hour DOE.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Must hold a valid food handlers card.
• Physically able to stand, bend, kneel, and lift up to 30 pounds.
• Previous related work experience is preferred (busboy, waiter, cook, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals for seniors ensuring proper nutrition.

Requirements:

• High school degree, or equivalent, required
