Job summary

Chinook Place in Madras, OR, part of Caring Places Management, is seeking a Part-Time Cook to prepare nutritious meals for residents and support a homelike dining experience.

Requirements include a current food handlers license, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to stand, bend and lift up to 35 pounds; background check required; prior kitchen or dining service is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have a current food handlers license
• High school degree or equivalent required
• Must pass a criminal background check
• Previous experience as a busboy, washer, waiter, cook, or relevant work experience is preferred
• Must be able to stand, move, bend and kneel through shift; and able to lift to 35 pounds or more routinely.
